Although Character Mine has been available for several years, with version 7 it has undergone a major identity change. The project has been upgraded from being a Windows Forms program to a Windows Presentation Foundation program, which means large parts of it have been rewritten from scratch. The result is a program with a much more modern looking, tablet friendly interface. The downside is that it is very likely that the new code includes various bugs and problems, so I would encourage all users to post here if they see anything that looks like a bug or stops them from fully enjoying the program, including any problems with installation etc.
As a special encouragement for the next few months I will give a free lifetime licence for anyone who helps me fix a bug in the current version.
