For a while now I have been aware that sometimes when you added or edited an example the changes would not be saved. It didn't happen very often and I could never repeat the problem. But now I am pretty sure it happens when you try to save the example by clicking on the "Save" button, which will obviously be intuitive to most users. I nearly always save changes to my examples by hitting the return key when I have done editing them, which I think is why I was very rarely getting the issue. I am going to be testing the fixed version of the program on my own computer for the next week or two before I upload it. In the meantime if you also experience the problem the workaround is to press the return key instead of the save button.
